It should be changed to "Protect Obama And Minions From Being Exposed As Frauds" They DON'T have a birth certificate for Obama, IF HE WAS LEGIT, he would have shown it to the world from the begining. All the other people are covering their own derrieres, because they could ALL go to jail for aiding and abetting a known criminal. My prayer is that all these perpetrators will be exposed and voted out. They should wallow in the cesspool they created.

The House amended SB2937 so I guess it goes back to the Senate. Here's part of the committee report:

Your Committee has amended this bill by:

      (1)  Replacing provisions that allow OIP to declare a person a vexatious requester with provisions that exempt disclosure of government records in response to duplicate requests from a single requestor; provided that the agency to which the request was made satisfies specified requirements;

     (2)  Adding a sunset date of July 1, 2013;

      (3) Making the bill effective upon its approval; and

     (4) Making technical, nonsubstantive amendments for clarity, consistency, and style.

From this link: http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/session2010/CommReports/SB2937_HD1_HSCR1105-10_.HTM

What's the sunset date all about? Do they want this change to disappear from Hawaii Law after Obama gets elected to a second term? This bill seems atrociously political don't you think? Perhaps they should change the title of the bill to "Protect Obama From Being Exposed As A Fraud" bill.

On Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the Hawaii House Committee on Judiciary meeting, the committee voted to recommend approval of SB2937 with amendments according to the legislature's website - http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/session2010/lists/measure_indiv.aspx?billtype=SB&billnumber=2937.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: I had read this in an article last week, but there were no links and I was unable to substantiate it. Thank you for posting this update, and we'll report on it shortly.

Terrific writing, Sharon. You and John must keep the heat on the ineligible Marxist usurper who calls himself President. Please - don't stop. We're close!

Mrs. Rondeau replies: We certainly intend to do so. Dr. Fukino must be getting very nervous right around now.

The AP article sure got widespread distribution. Do a Google search on "Hawaii considering law to ignore Obama" with the double quotes and you get 52,000 responses. If you search for "Citizens From Across The Country Object To" you get 6 responses. It's hard to battle the propaganda press (i.e. AP).

Here is a link to the Hawaii SB2937 hearing testimony for both the House and the Senate committees. They seem to be missing at least several of the testimonies submitted in opposition.

From the AP article - "Sometimes we may be dealing with a cohort of people who believe lack of evidence is evidence of a conspiracy," said Lorrin Kim, chief of the Hawaii Department of Health's Office of Planning, Policy and Program Development.

How does Lorrin Kim know what "people believe?" Can they read minds? And how is what "people believe" relevant to the DOH's job of responding to records requests? It appears, unquestionably, that the Department of Health employees are using their assumptions about citizens' motivations to determine their response to records requests. Responding to records requests is a purely administrative task, and political considerations should not be applied. The DOH needs to be investigated.

It also appears that the DOH is really trying to get someone to file a lawsuit. Once that happens, they will stop responding to all inquiries stating "ongoing litigation" as the reason.
