If they are not, I do have an idea and a question. The Hawaii DOH is always issuing public statements. It might be fruitful to inquiry how many times DOH has ever made a public statement on an individuals vital records. I quickly checked the archives of Public statements and it seems that DOH has never done that except in the case of Barack Obama. (Making a public statement on someones vital records.) If this is indeed true, this might a very prudent observation. It means that Dr. Fukino's action is unprecedented and never has been done before. This would mean that you have open legal ground to challenge DOH all information used to making Fukino's public statement. John,
