We will publicly announce when thet have arrived, since the carrier cannot tell us exactly when they will, ahead of time. Mind you, since there are only 2 Republicans in the State Legislature, there are probably lots of legislators, who are members of Obama's party, who are not entirely on board with his concept of transparency. There also seems to be some factionalism in Hawaii, among two groups, the Hawaiian Natives and the Japanese-Americans. With those of other ethnic backrounds ususually garnerning the support of each group. That might play a factor in the upcomming debate in the Legislature of the new bill on document disclosures.
