The above quote from Leo is very relevant. The only part that can be questioned is the future tense of the statement. We may have reached that point already.

The Judicial Branch’s arrogance has reached the sky. They act like kings not as judges. For example, look at how they avoid by using technicalities defining nbc. They all took oaths to uphold and protect the Constitution. Instead they make the very same Constitution unenforceable by avoiding to rule on merit. Ambassador Alen Keyes is correctly calling that “dereliction of duty”. The mentioned quid pro quo is too much of a coincidence. The US is no better than an average banana republic where a corrupt elite rules and laws mean nothing.
