This comment was posted on oilforimmigration.com under an article about Obama rally in MA. It's sad that our Country has stooped to this. It looks like this may be what Chris Matthews was referring to.

How “Voter Fraud” is committed in Boston!!

A young man from SouthEnd Boston (Southie) said he & his groups check the voter registration records & separate out the “Good voters” from the “Registered” voters.

They go to 10 different pools early in morning & using the names of “registered voters who do not vote”. They are able to vote in 10 different polling places & vote illegally in other peoples names!!!

“Valid ID” should be required!!********************

A boy-o from Southie was telling me one election eve at the local function hall how he voted in Boston at ten different polling places. He and his crew separate the “Good Voters” from

the “Registered list”, hit the Polls as soon as they open and vote in the name of the “negligent voters”. Due to him being from Southie, he had no idea who I was.
