Mr. Charlton replies: Objectively you are correct, but I concede that Obama does not look at the world objectively. If he leaves power by whatever verbiage, that’s good in my book. Though if it is by a means whereby he still claimed legitimacy in office, then, of course problems would remain.

Let’s hope the Federal Government reverts to being legal.

Mr. Charlton replies: I believe all men of good will must ask this question and ponder it seriously. In Obama’s case, he need not precipiate action by any violent means, he can merely tax, use the IRS to intimidate and send out his Obot core to instill fear on the internet against anyone taking action. Just look how much trouble The Post & Email had 2 weeks ago; we had to move our site outside of the country, so strong is the political pressure already. I have spoken with attornies around the country, and there is a icy chill in their voices. No one dares to take a public position against him but a few. All are being threatened or are threatened by the climate of fear. Everytime a MSM personality goes beserk against Obama critics its nothing more than a theatrical display to terrorize the general populace and brain wash them into a climate of fear so that they are pliant to the rule of tyranny.

However, since the health care of individuals is a life and death issue, and touches every individual personally, I believe the citizens are more than justified in taking up arms to oust Obama from power, from the very moment he signs the unconstitutional, pro euthanasia, pro abortion, Health Care Reform bill, since it raises itself against the Divine, Natural, Moral and Constiutional Laws upon which the nation cannot continue to exist as a free state. And as such it directly attacks that state and is such an overt act of agreession to be grounds for war. But this is just my personal opinion. I do not advocate civil war. I advocate Obama’s resignation.
