THE POST & EMAIL ASSISTS BY ESTABLISHING LEGAL FUND

by John Charlton, editor & founder

(Dec. 24, 2009) —  As the nation lurches into the unconstitutional law of Health Care Reform, under the tutelage of a man who won’t even disclose his birth certificate, citizens outraged at the denial of their civil rights to obtain information from the Hawaii Department of Health, in accord with Hawaii Laws, have decided to prepare to take legal action against the Hawaii Department of Health.  As part of this preparation, The Post & Email has established a legal fund, and asks American citizens of good-will, everyone, to consider making a donation.  All monies received will go towards defraying the legal expenses of such an effort.

The Post & Email has issued the following Press release regarding its legal fund:

FOR OPEN GOVERNMENT IN HAWAII

The mystery surrounding Barack Hussein Obama has gone on too long.  It is obvious to everyone that a man charged with the most important office in the world, the U.S. Presidency, ought to be forthcoming and open about his origins and background!

Furthermore, we, the citizens of the United States of America, have the God-given, absolute, inalienable right to know who the man in the White House is and where he came from!

Moreover, Obama promised a transparent government. But has not delivered.

For more than a year average American citizens have used the Sunshine Provisions of the laws of Hawaii to make reasonable and lawful requests for information regarding Obama’s vital records (original, amended or otherwise) and the events surrounding the preparation of public statements by the Hawaii Department of Health regarding these records.

But, these requests have been denied in violation of Hawaiian Law.

However, Hawaii Law grants citizens the rights to public access of information; and accords them the right to defend these in court.  This legal defense fund is to defray their expenses in undertaking such legal action.

Whether you voted for Obama or not; whether you agree with his politics or not; all can recognize that no harm shall come to the nation, if the Hawaii Department of Heatlh releases to the public the records it holds regarding the vital events of Obama’s life.  Only those who want to promote division or a climate of secrecy and elitism, could possibly be opposed to a release which will undoubtedly restore the confidence of the American people in the integrity of the Hawaiian Government.

The Post & Email, therefore, has established a legal fund to collect donations from those wishing to assist in the necessary legal action(s) to obtain the release of the original vital records of Barack Hussein Obama and information related to the operations of the Department of Health of Hawaii and its Vital Records Office, whether related or not related to the public statements of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, M.D., Director, and Ms. Janice Okubo, Communications Director, of said Department.

Those who have made such UIPA requests and have been refused, can indicate their willingness to sign on as potential plaintiffs through the contact form, linked above this page through the words, “Contact Us.”

Your donation to this fund is one of the best practical ways to expose the truth behind the mask that is Obama.

Those wishing to make a donation are asked to see http://www.thepostemail.com/legal-fund/ for more information on how to do this.

  1. Somebody please guide me thru this. Doesn’t the Attorney General of Hawaii have a responsibility to enforce the laws of his state? Doesn’t the law specifically state that, although the DOH maintains confidential records on people, once that seal of confidentiality has been broken they can no longer use it as a shield?

Dr. Fukino has publically stated that she has seen Obama’s birth records and he was born in Hawaii, and is a natural-born citizen. Since she has gone public with this information, isn’t she legally required to produce proof?

Aren’t the officials in Hawaii continuing to thumb their noses at all requests to have these records open to the public? If the state law has been violated, where is the Attorney General? Is he unaware of all of this? I find that hard to believe.

Why should concerned citizens of the entire U. S. be required to fund a legal challenge to the question of whether the President of the U. S. is eligible to hold that office? If the officials in Hawaii were doing their jobs as the law says they should, we wouldn’t need a lawsuit.

    1. Well, the last person to know the “legal and contitutional” definition of “natural born” citizen would be a medical doctor; and certainly one in hawaii. De. Fukino does not have the expertise to define, “natural born”. This term takes some time for a normal person to understand it after much studing.

So Dr. Fukino is not the person to say; However,
what can be done is that one or many of citzens sign a letter and fill out the request showing that have reason to request the birth certificate of Obama. The Dept of Health then DOES have the responsibility to release it.
Be sure you put on the application, you as a citizen have the right has he ran for office, was elected and your US Constitution states there are birth requirements. Demand the Hawaii department give them to you. We can make it difficult for the state of hawaii if they don’t release it or at least they will be forced into the court to show just cause why NOT.
The right place for this was the US Supreme Ct and the Federal Courts (judical branch of gov. when the other 2 fail) but they have failed the people.
Dont ask the hawaii officials their opinoin, it is just that “an opinion”. Demand a certified copy of the actual birth certificate which is on records.

  2. What’s the name of the fund to make a check out to? Is it “The Post & Email Legal Fund” or “For Open Government in Hawaii”?

    And are donations tax-deductible?

    ——————-

Mr. Charlton replies: The Post & Email Legal Fund. It is to defray the legal expenses of needy citizens seeking to defend their rights to govt. records availble according to the open government provisions of the State of Hawaii, and that kind of charitable exclusive purpose qualifies for the IRS 501(c)(3) tax status, even though the IRS does actually not require such official recognition. So yes it is tax deductible. And yes, we are working on getting such a recognition. Donations of more than $250 can ask for a receipt for their taxes; as such level of donation does require a receipt for an itemized deduction.

“Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people, who have a right, from the frame of their nature, to knowledge, as their great Creator, who does nothing in vain, has given them understandings, and a desire to know; but besides this, they have a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge; I mean, of the characters and conduct of their rulers.”
-John Adams, Dissertation on Canon and Feudal Law, 1765

“Each individual of the society has a right to be protected by it in the enjoyment of his life, liberty, and property, according to standing laws. He is obliged, consequently, to contribute his share to the expense of this protection; and to give his personal service, or an equivalent, when necessary. But no part of the property of any individual can, with justice, be taken from him, or applied to public uses, without his own consent, or that of the representative body of the people. In fine, the people of this commonwealth are not controllable by any other laws than those to which their constitutional representative body have given their consent.”
-John Adams, Thoughts on Government, 1776

“Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclination, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.”
-John Adams, in Defense of the British Soldiers on trial for the Boston Massacre, December 4, 1770

“We should be unfaithful to ourselves if we should ever lose sight of the danger to our liberties if anything partial or extraneous should infect the purity of our free, fair, virtuous, and independent elections.”
-John Adams, Inaugural Address, March 4, 1797

“Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God.”
