SCOTUS **used to** be deserving of respect. No longer. This behavior was egregious and spoke volumes as to their contempt for the American people and the Constitution.

Although no surprise I often wonder what ever happened to honesty and integrity within the Supreme Ct. I was intitial skeptical about Roberts after he was made Cheif justice. Was there a deal made between Bush the Democrats and McCain that Obama was going to be “made” president so as to avoid some type of “liberal” warring on the citizens. Let’s face it liberal/dems are at the source of 90% of all problems when it comes to issues of socialism ie: Saving the planet, Global warming Etc. Just look at the destruction they wreaked on car dealerships and how they have attacked those that harvest trees etc. They are a bunch of crooks and militants and hypocrites!

I would add Thomas and Scalia to your list of friends on Supreme Court. I have reservations about Roberts. My suspicions of him started when Bush (the moderate) elevated him to Chief Justice right after his confirmation by the Senate. Bush should have elevated the more experienced Scalia to Chief Justice.

I lost all respect for the Supreme Court when they had the private meeting with Obana and Biden. Only one member, Justice Alito, did not meet with Obama and Biden. Biden was a very nasty Senator who attacked Alito during the confirmation while Obama was another Senator who voted against Alito. If we have a friend on the SC it’s probably Justice Alito who will be honest and protect us under the Constitution.

I seem to remember the SCOTUS complaining about their low salaries around that time or just before. I suspect they will be getting a fat raise this year. It pays to be a team player in Washington.
