NOTICE OF APPEAL FILED TODAY
by John Charlton

Rev. Wiley Drake, famous Christian preacher
(Nov. 17, 2009) — Today Attorney Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation filed a notice of appeal in the case of Captain Pamela Barnett et al. vs. Barack Hussein Obama et al., for his clients Dr. Wiley Drake and Mr. Markham Robinson.
This appeal follows the decision by Judge David O. Carter on Oct. 29, 2009, to accept the Motion to Dismiss the first amended complaint, presented by Attorney Orly Taitz.
As the notice of appeal merely is a notification whereby Attorney Kreep informs Judge Carter of his actions: no information is yet available about the actual legal basis or arguments which Kreep will found his action on.
Dr. Wiley Drake and Mr. Markham Robinson were candidates on the California Ballot in 2008; their cause was denied by Judge Carter for not seeking redressable relief.
Attorney Kreep did given indications of the coure he would take in his interview by Mrs. Andrea Shea King, a transcript of which was published by The Post & Email one week ago.
The Post & Email will follow the Drake & Robinson vs. Obama appeal in the coming weeks.
