WIDESPREAD FALSE REPORTS GIVEN TO PRESS, ALL TO DEFLATE HOFFMAN VOTE COUNT
(Nov. 12, 2009) — It looks increasingly that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in her zeal to get the Health Care Federalization Bill passed, may have sworn in an unelected candidate for the NY-23 Congressional District, in violation of the U.S. Constitution and New York State laws.
As a matter of fact, not only has the Secretary of State of New York not certified the election, in which Doug Hoffman and Bill Owens vied in a special election, nearly head to head — after Scozzafava retired in humiliation, having lost the support of conservatives in her district — but that vote count is in doubt this morning.
The Post-Standard of Syracuse published this morning a detailed report which lists all the irregularities; errors of vote counting which were all against Doug Hoffman.
Ryan said an important factor in the decision to concede was the unexpected — and erroneous — close vote in Oswego County, where polls had Hoffman with a double digit percentage point lead heading into Election Day.
“That’s the thing that threw us off,” Ryan said.
Oswego County elections officials blame the mistakes on “chaos” in their call-in center that included a phone system foul-up and inspectors who read numbers incorrectly when phoning in results. Of 245 races in the county — not including the congressional and court races — 84 had incorrect totals reported election night.
In the congressional race, more votes were cast in Oswego County than any other in the 11-county district.
The district’s second biggest voter turnout was in Jefferson County, where Hoffman also has benefited from a turnaround since election night, gaining about 700 votes. Owens led Hoffman by 300 votes on the final election night tally. But after recanvassing, Hoffman now leads by 424 votes, 10,884 to 10,460.
Jerry Eaton, the Republican elections commissioner for Jefferson County, said inspectors found a problem in four districts where Hoffman’s vote total was mistakenly entered as zero.
“Hoffman definitely gained votes where he didn’t have them,” Eaton said.
Since 10,200 absentee ballots were distributed, and more than 1,300 returned from pro-military Jefferson Country alone have not even been counted (a more than 70% return rate on ballots distributed), there is a good chance that Dough Hoffman has won the election.
The consistent errors in the election process against Hoffman’s vote count, can only indicate one thing: a conspiracy to commit election fraud on a massive scale.
It turns out that Pelosi’s swearing-in of Owens had the political effect of garnering the addition Republican vote, of Cao, in the vote for the Health Care Bill, which passed narrowly, 220-215. The election fraud, in the NY-23 district, therefore, puts in doubt the legitimacy of that vote also.
The question of the day, therefore, is: “Was this election fraud organized and directed from the White House, which had everything to gain or lose, based upon a favorable or unfavorable vote tally?”
After the fiasco in Minnesota with the ex-SNL goof, nothing would surprise me anymore with the Democrats. Voter fraud, ACORN involvement, fake signitures, you name it. It all happens in prodimently liberal area where the question of failure is about to happen during an election.
And here we go again with voting fraud, and manipulations by leading liberal democrats interceding into a close election.
Who ever is caught should be fried on an open spit.
We all know that progressive liberals distain elections. Liberals are alway so full of themselves they see the elective process as a waste of time since only liberals know what is good for society. Liberals desire the elimination of elections and what a government lead by proportional representation. That way they can permanently hold government at bay with their diluded belief systems.
I have always wondered why all the votes that are mailed in are never counted. That has always bothered me. Time and time again I’m told that they are counted after the election and only if the election is contested. Most of the absentee ballots are from our service men and women. They should be counted first, they deserve to be counted and their votes I believe could make a difference, since many of them are conservatives. I really want to see a lot of discovery done for this election in the courts, by NY State Secretary and Board of Elections. Clean elections is the corner stone of a free republic. Without it you have repression and tyranny – look at Afghanistan and Iraq. More attention was paid this those countries than in our own country.

Election fraud must have severe penalties. This story is not being covered by the MSM (no offense intend Post Standard), and should be a major story. They made the Al Fraken election as important as any election we have ever had. Yet this is now getting very little coverage. Where do we live, in Amerika now?
There is more to this than just the Hoffman and Owens election and who represents NY23.
The Republicans sure screwed up NY-23. Hoffman should have never conceded, he should have contested. The election isn’t over as of right now.
But his concession got Pelosi another vote.
Mrs. Palin needs to take over this corrupt and incompetent party NOW.

I also wonder how bogus the returns for the presidential election were in ’08. The same tactics were most likely used. This could be really big. It is frightening what is going on in this country right now. Is this communist Russia or still the United States? What a disgrace.

Since Hoffman conceded based on the returns coming in that are now discovered as being bogus, Hoffman has a hell of a case to contest this.
Use their Alinsky tactics against them, fight down to wire, then tie them up in the courts for months.
Where Hoffman got zero votes, the people who did vote for him should file civil rights suits, claiming they were desinfranchised of their votes.
Then just for good measure, call upon the ACLU to pursue their cases.
This should make the vote on health care null and void.

I’d don’t believe, Mr. Doug Hoffman in conseating on election night, would matter, until all the votes are counted and the election commission confirms the results. Especially, when the election commission anounced that all of the written ballots, inculding absentee, were to be counted this last Tuesday. Hopefully, Mr. Hoffman will contest the outcome. I did think, Evans being sworn in premature because of Oswego Counties ballots not being counted, as also the absentee. (245) races in the county?, District is probably correct in the statement. The (4) additional counties, yes – fraud?, whoops – “my bad”? The people of the 23rd District of the Empire State, will most certainly have to petition the Emporer over this! MINNESOTA, MINNESOTA !!!!!!!. I was looking for the results of the count, yesterday but came up empty. E-mailed, Fox wondering as there was no report, there.
