IN FOX INTERVIEW WARNS AMERICA OF MASSIVE LOSS OF PERSONAL LIBERTY IF BILL IS PASSED

(Nov. 1, 2009) —U.S. Representative Michelle Bachmann (R – Minnesota) is calling for a pro-constitution rally on the steps of the Capitol Building, this Thursday, at noon, to protest Nancy Pelosi’s attempt to ram a socialist, power-grab health care bill through the House.
Bachmann was quoted by ABC News as condemning the Health Care bill, saying, “There will be maybe 72 hours for the general public to read the bill. And this is going to change our lives forever. This is the crown jewel of socialism.”
Bachman failed to mention that the Bill will be both unconstitutional and unlawful; unconstitutional since the Constitution does not give the Federal Government authority to control the economy under the pretext of regulating interstate commerce; unlawful, since Obama, not being a natural born citizen, has no authority to sign it into law.
On both bases, the average American citizen can ignore the law; those whose employers insist on follow the law, if it should be passed, should be targeted with strikes. It’s liberty or tyranny; better no health care and be free, than have state control over every aspect of your life and that of your children and your children’s children.

I truly admire and respect Rep. Bachmann, but why did she and EVERY member of Congress certify Obama/Soetoro in the Electoral College without properly vetting him as to eligibility and thus putting us in the predicament we are in with his outragous actions and programs?!?!!!?
