Your dereliction of duty is contemptible, but we will prevail!

by Sharon Rondeau

Dear Editor,

I am sending Judge Simandle this letter, today, in the mail:

October 24, 2009

U.S. District Judge Jerome B. Simandle
U.S. Courthouse
Fourth & Cooper Streets
Camden, NJ  08101

Dear Judge Simandle:

RE:  KERCHNER V. OBAMA

I am appalled that you granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the above case.  The issue of whether or not Obama/Soetoro is a natural born citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution is paramount to the security of this nation and certainly not political.  Your statement that the plaintiffs should seek relief at the polls in future elections, if they even occur, is absurd, and shows that you are a very poor jurist seeking an easy way out.

Because neither you nor any other judge in this country to date has the backbone to hear the case on the merits, there will be a civil war in this country soon.  The usurper continues to dither while young lives are lost in Afghanistan.  His foreign allegiances could not be more obvious.  He has bankrupted the treasury and installed unconstitutional czars, most of whom are blatant communists, to steamroll over Congress.  And Congress has allowed it.  This is exactly what the Founders intended to avoid by including Article II, Section 1, paragraph 5 of the Constitution.

We the people know that you and everyone else in government is bought and paid for by Obama and those who would trample our Constitution.  We know that Obama/Soetoro is a fraud.  He had a British father, which alone disqualifies him from being eligible.  Apparently you don’t care, and whatever happens as a result of your negligence will rest squarely on your cowardly shoulders.

The fact that you are willing to let our Constitution be dismantled, trampled and usurped by a foreigner is despicable.  But we don’t need you.  There are other ways for we the people to enforce the Constitution, and we see it as our duty.  And you, sir, would do well to turn in your black robe because you are not worthy of serving the people who pay your salary, entrusting you to safeguard the Constitution and their liberties.  Your dereliction of duty is contemptible, but we will prevail.

Great comment – and right on the money!!

I doubt that Simandle cares and the two threads in this blog describing in detail his derelection of duty should be read by everyone.

They are:

1) (Oct 22) Simandle’s 4 strikes against the U. S. Constitution.

2) (Oct 23) Simandle the anarchist.

The man should be imepeached and removed from the Judiciary.

Well said, Ms. Rondeau. Simandle slapped us all in the face with his foolish dismissal, so he certainly deserves all the contempt we can heap upon him.

Excellent letter, Ms. Rondeau!

Obama’s status at birth was governed by the 1948 British Nationality Act.

I would sure like to see Judge Simandle answer the following question:

How can the status at birth of a US natural born citizen be governed by the laws of Great Britain?

The natural born citizen term was the strong check (per John Jay) against the ridiculousness of the above question. Judge Simandle has betrayed our Founding Fathers.
