ATTORNEY ORLY TAITZ REQUESTS MILITARY AND PATRIOTS TO TURN OUT TO DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION

(Sept. 11, 2009) — Today at 2 PM, Captain Connie Rhodes, M.D., with her attorney, Dr. Orly Taitz, esq., will join battle to challenge the usurpation of the United States Presidency by Barack Hussein Obama II. The battle will play out before Judge Clay D. Land, in the U.S. District Court-Middle Division of Georgia, located at the William Augustus Bootle Federal Building & Court House, 1201 12th Street, Columbus, Georgia, at 2 PM.
Before the court is Captain Rhodes application for an Emergency Stay on her redeployment to Afghanistan. Rhodes affirms her willingness to serve the Nation, but requests verification of her Commander-in-Chiefs lawfulness to issue orders, being that the Framers of the U.S. Constitution clearly excluded non “natural born citizens” from the highest office of the land.
Captain Rhodes pleadings were summarized yesterday by the Post & Email.
Judge Land’s courtroom clerk, Pam Sweeden announced the granting of the Emergency hearing yesterday evening. Dr. Taitz reports that, “Judge Land was gracious and a real Southern gentleman in that he waived the technical requirement of a signature of the local counsel as a contact.”
Attorney Taitz has subsequently issued a call to all patriots, especially those enlisted service men and women in the Ft. Benning area, saying:
I need Georgia patriots and members of the military at Ft. Benning in the courtroom tomorrow, please support the fight of the Courageous Captain Connie Rhodes, MD to uphold her oath of office and Constitution of this country against Kenyan-Indonesian Usurper and his cronies in the government, in the top brass of the military, in the US attorneys office and in the media. It is up to you- whether your Constitution will be upheld or shredded into pieces and spit upon.
Rumours are flying regarding whether expedited discovery will be granted in Taitz’s other case, Barnett vs. Obama. The Post & Email is attempting to verify this allegation, at the present, and will report on this development as it receives information.
