Omolo says Lucas Document a "Master Forgery"

(Sept. 4, 2009) — Dr. Orly Taitz has once again stunned American with the filing of an apparent birth transcript for Barack Hussein Obama II, the currently recognized U.S. President, procured by Lucas Daniel Smith, of YouTube fame.  This transcript is stunning, because if authenticated as true, it would mean that Barack Obama is definitely not a natural born citizen, regardless of the legitimacy of his parents marriage, and thus would be forced to resign the Presidency, the most powerful office in the world.

For more than 12 months Barack Obama has fought countless legal challenges to his eligibility to be president of the United States:  first from the life long Democrat and Hillary Clinton supporter, Mr. Philip Berg, former assistant Attorney General for the State of Pennsylvania, who challenged his citizenship on the basis of his birth place, and was first to bring forth evidence for a birth in Mombasa (as discussed in “Born in Mombasa?”).  Then there was notably Mr. Leo Donofrio, of New Jersey, who sued the Secretary of the State of New Jersey, on the grounds that his rights to vote for an eligible candidate were obviated by there being 3 ineligible, non “natural born citizens” on the ballot in that state.

Most recently, Dr. Orly Taitz has obtain a hearing before Judge Carter of the Southern Division District of the U.S. Federal Court in California, regarding her effort to obtain the original records of Barack Obama which would definitely prove his eligibility and history of claims regarding birth place, parentage and citizenship, being that to be eligible for the office of U.S. President, one must be born on U.S. soil, of 2 citizen parents.

For this reason the birth transcript filed by Dr. Taitz yesterday is stunning; since it lists Barack Obama Jr. as born in Mombasa of Anne Dunham and Barrack Hussein Obama Snr., thus making him born NOT on U.S. Soil, and NOT of 2 American citizen parents, and thus ineligible to be president of the United States of America.

Due to the controversial nature of this news, and on account of having corresponded with Mr. Leo Odera Omolo, previously, who claims to be a life long friend of the late father of the U.S. President, I asked Mr. Omolo for his reaction to the Lucas Document.

“The birth certificate is a master forgery-work,” says Omolo; it “does not reflect what kind of hospital birth certificates, bearing the British coat of arms, that we have in 1961.  Mark you:  Kenya was at the time still a British colony, and all the important documents, like a birth certificate, used to bear the coat of arms entitled “Colony and Protectorate of Kenya.”  He further claims personal knowledge of what such certificates look like, saying:  “Personally I have three children with my own from 1959, 1969 and 1962, and their hospital-issued certificate is quite different.”

Mr. Omolo goes on to explain in his email that the attending physician could not have reasonably been thought to be present:  “Dr. James Ang’awa, whose name appears in the certificate, was by then in charge of the Tuberculosis Unit at King George V Hospital in Nairobi, and could not have gone to Mombasa specifically to issue a birth certificate in a hospital where he did not work in . . .”

He then reaffirms his knowledge of the late Barrack H. Obama Snr., and says he was not in the country in 1961:  “As far as I was an adult and the person who knew the late Barrack Obama Snr very well, the man left this country in 1959 and never set foot in Kenya until after independence.  Kenya became Independent on December 12th,1963, and Obama returned home two years later not with Ann Dunham but with Ruth, and that was the first time I saw him return.”

Mr. Omolo’s statements clearly call for further investigation of the authenticity of the document, even if they only cast doubt on the reasonableness of its authenticity. 

ONLINE SOURCES SPEAK TO AUTHENTICITY

One fact related by Mr. Omolo is seemingly discounted by the report found in the East Africa & Rhodesia Newspaper, Vol. 37, (May 18, 1961),  p. 995, which relates that the attending physician named on the Lucas Document, Dr. James O. W. Ang’awa, was for the last 4 years on duty at the Port Reitz Chest Hospital, Mombasa, but now reassigned.  Ostensibily, therefore, it is possible that he from time to time continued to visit his former post, the popular resort town of Mombasa.

Whereas numerous documents confirm that the Coast Province  General Hospital did exist in 1961(contrary to Mr. Corsi’s reports at World Daily Net):  such as the Tropical Disease Bulletin(1962), which cites P. P. Turner’s, The Pattern of disease as seen by admissions to the Coast Province General Hospital in 1960, p. 1122, (which is also cited in B. W. Langland’s Bibliography of the Distribution of Disease in East Africa, 1965, p. 23); the Legislative Council Debates for Kenya, 1957, p. 1315; and the Report on the Colony and Protectorate of Kenya for the year 1960, p. 177.

Other sources confirm, contrary to many reports even in Kenyan Newspapers (cf. The Nation,”Anti-Obama Lunatics Living in Denial“, Aug. 5, 2009, at 19:46 local time, p. 2 of the Online edition), that Mombasa was part of the Colony and Protectorate of Kenya in 1961:  Report on the Colony and Protectorate of Kenya, 1960, (Colonial Office, Great Britain), p. 29, lists Mombasa among the locations of bank branches, and as the location of the Belgium Consulate to Kenya; The Statesman’s Yearbook, 1945, p. 210; The Colonial Office List of Great Britain, (Colonial Office), 1925, p. 248; The Dominions Office and Colonial Office List, 1933, p. 329 & 330, where it mentions that the Protectorate’s Supreme Court holds sessions at Mombasa.
